Our highly developed management matrix is focused on choosing and delegating responsibility for each project, case, company, or work assignment to a specific Finance Team. The Finance Team is composed of outsourced persons and firms selected on merits and experience from our database of carefully vetted and accredited Services and Products Providers.
The matrix requires that each Finance Team is headed and managed by a highly experienced person or several persons with proven leadership qualities and experience in the specific work assignment, He/she/they are granted decision-making authority to select his/her team members, develop work strategies set milestones and deliverables. All designated Finance Team Head must reports directly to a senior executive, most often to Mr Fred L Farha.
It is mandatory that Finance Teams must be members Service Provider and member Product Providers in good standing to be recruited for work assignments.
